Tailored Films LLC, operating as Tailored Protective Films ("Tailored," "we," or "us"), uses personal information to respond to inquiries, serve customers and dealers, and manage our business.

We collect information you provide when contacting us, applying for a dealer relationship, requesting services, or choosing communications. This may include your name, business name, email address, telephone number, location, service or product interests, job details, correspondence, and transaction records. We also keep your communication choices and records of consent or opt-out requests.

Our website and technology providers may process technical information, such as an IP address, browser information, and request logs, to deliver and protect their services. We limit collection to information needed for the purposes described here.

How we use information

We use information to answer inquiries, evaluate dealer requests, prepare quotes, arrange appointments, perform and support jobs, handle billing, maintain business records, protect our systems, and honor your communication preferences. We send optional marketing only when you have agreed to receive it. Providing a phone number for an inquiry or dealer application does not by itself enroll you in service or marketing texts.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not sell personal information or share it with other businesses for their own marketing. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We share only information needed by service providers that support our website, hosting, email, text delivery, customer records, and business administration. They may process information to provide those services to us; this does not authorize their own marketing use of messaging consent. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.

Communication choices

Message and data rates may apply. Our website form records your submitted contact details, selected categories and disclosure version; our hosting provider records the submission time. These records are reviewed before messaging begins.

Service texts, marketing texts, service emails, and marketing emails are separate optional choices. You may choose any, all, or none. Consent to optional messages is not a condition of purchase. Service texts concern inquiries, appointment reminders, and job updates; frequency depends on customer activity. Marketing texts are limited to up to 2 promotional text messages per month, with fewer or none permitted.

You can contact info@tailoredpf.com to change your preferences or request that messages stop. For our SMS program, reply STOP to stop texts from our program number or HELP for assistance. See our SMS Terms for details and current program availability. To stop optional marketing emails, contact info@tailoredpf.com with your request. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent us from providing requested services or necessary transaction correspondence.

Retention

We retain personal information for the time reasonably needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. We consider the date of your last interaction with us, whether your inquiry or customer relationship remains active, outstanding service or warranty needs, and applicable contractual, accounting, tax, reporting, and legal obligations. Records relevant to a dispute, investigation, or legal claim may be retained while that need continues.

When a record no longer serves a necessary purpose and no retention obligation applies, we take reasonable steps to delete, securely destroy, or anonymize it. We keep only the information needed to document messaging consent and honor opt-outs; deleting other customer information does not automatically remove an opt-out record. Access to retained records and backup copies is restricted. Backup copies follow the applicable backup lifecycle and are not used for marketing. Access and protection

We limit staff access to information needed for their responsibilities and use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect it. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your requests

Contact info@tailoredpf.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to ask a privacy question. We may verify your identity before acting. We may retain information needed to meet legal obligations, complete requested transactions, resolve disputes, or honor opt-outs. Where applicable law provides additional rights, we will handle requests according to that law.

Changes and contact

We will post changes to this policy with an updated date. We will not treat a policy update as new consent to marketing.
