SMS Terms

Program availability: You may now submit optional communication choices for review. Text messaging has not launched; submitting the form does not send a text. You will not be enrolled merely by visiting this page or providing a number on a dealer application.

These terms describe the optional text messaging program offered by Tailored Films LLC, operating as Tailored Protective Films, using (801) 769-0327.

Messages and frequency

Service texts concern your inquiries, appointment reminders, and job updates. Service message frequency varies based on your inquiries, appointments and job activity.

Marketing texts contain offers and product updates. Up to 2 promotional text messages per month; fewer or none may be sent.

Your consent

You may choose service texts, marketing texts, both, or neither. Each choice is optional and separate from email choices. Consent is not a condition of purchase or a dealer application. Giving us a phone number alone does not enroll you. We send optional messages only for the categories you authorize.

Our communication choices form shows the applicable disclosures before you make your choices. A request may require review or verification before messages begin. A new request or unchecked box does not remove a prior opt-out.

Rates and availability

Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned. Use a number you own or are authorized to use.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to stop text messages from (801) 769-0327. Reply HELP for assistance. STOP applies to texts from this program number, including service and marketing texts. You may receive an opt-out confirmation.

For help or to withdraw consent, you can also email info@tailoredpf.com. If a text command does not receive a response, use this email address. Stopping marketing does not prevent you from purchasing products or receiving requested services. Necessary transaction correspondence may be handled separately.

Privacy and changes

Read our Privacy Policy for our collection, use, sharing, retention, and privacy-request practices. We do not sell mobile numbers or share SMS opt-in information or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
